To the maximum extent permitted by law, XentiaTech/XentiaFox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify XentiaTech/XentiaFox against claims and reasonable expenses arising from unlawful use, breach of these Terms or infringement of another person's rights.
